HeartcoR Solutions, a healthcare research company, redefining the way cardiac arrhythmias are clinically diagnosed by pairing our wearable technology with cloud-based data analytics.  It is our goal to be the leading provider of ambulatory ECG monitoring for patients who are at risk for arrhythmias.

We are hiring a Manager, Clinical Operations to join our dynamic team.  This is a leadership role overseeing our ECG Cardiac Monitoring Lab Operations team.  Outstanding opportunities for growth and advancement.  


•  Responsible for daily management of staff
•  Monitor performance and provide guidance and support
•  Facilitate the ongoing development of staff to ensure HeartcoR’s performance standards are met
•  Direct and administer day-to-day activities adhering to established policies and procedures, committed to providing

    high-quality monitoring services
•  Recruit, hire, evaluate and schedule employees
•  Ensure compliance with all state and regulatory agencies
•  Assist in planning, coordination and implementation of the quality management and quality improvement programs
•  Contribute to the strategic management, planning and leadership of the company
•  Ensure economical and efficient performance under guidance of the company’s goals, objectives and clinical operating budget
•  Assist in the development and maintenance of the Standard Operations Policy and Procedure Manual
•  Provide consultation and direction to ensure programs and services are implemented and adhered to providing patients

    with the highest level of care
•  Review and make recommendations for improvement and enhancement of current services and development of new services
•  Coordinate continuing education for existing staff and new hires


•  Knowledge of diagnostic Cardiology, ECG rhythms, arrhythmias and rhythm disturbances
•  Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing or related field or discipline required
•  Two to four years’ experience as a Manager or Supervisor
•  Strong clinical skills and critical thinking skills
•  Familiarity with Holter Scanning software and equipment is a plus
•  Ability to assess needs, identify problems, explore alternatives and implement solutions.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•  Proven ability to inspire leadership skills in all clinical positions and facilitate a team environment
•  Must possess excellent customer relations and phone skills
•  Must possess excellent organizational ability and be oriented toward detailed work and documentation
•  Strong work ethic
•  Demonstrated computer proficiency – intermediate or above skill level in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
